**I** want to replace the bundled svg graph library with the svg graph gem
**so** that the library and the OpenProject code are decoupled
Additional reasons:
- The bundled library is quite old (0.6.1 compared to current 1.0.5)
- SVG Graph decreases our codeclimate rating (6 “F”, 2 “D” rated classes)
