**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- At least two types exist.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open new work package form.
2. Change type to a different value.
**Actual behavior**
- Work package attributes (status, priority, etc.) cannot be selected anymore.
- Instead, an error message is displayed: “Request URI too large”.
- The URI includes the information if a watcher has been selected or not for each potential watcher of the work package. This was not the case before (at least not in OP 4.0).
**Expected behavior**
- Type can be changed normally.
