**so that** I can filter for specific series
**Acceptance criteria**
* Define an index page similar to the /meetings endpoint
* Allow filtering for ended meetings, excluded by default
* Allow filtering for participation
* Change meeting series sidebar to match the filters
* My meeting series (where I am a participant)
* All meeting series (with a way to filter out and access ended ones).
* Remove (at least ended) meeting series from the sidebar
