We currently use our own downloading, ~~downloading which do not retry,~~ and carrierwave have their own remote\_url handling which may be easier to use

`OPENPROJECT_SEED_DESIGN_LOGO="https://placehold.co/50x50" bundle exec rake db:seed`

should set a custom 50x50 logo
