1. Add a Nextcloud storage to your PIR template

2. Decouple NC storage from project (in Project settings > Files)

* Storage stays selected in the PIR template

* User is not informed


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Inform user

or/and

Begin of the insertion~~WhenEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion WhenEnd of the deletion the PIR is created with this faulty setting, an error is generated rather than falling back to Begin of the insertionattachments~~End of the insertion Begin of the deletion attachmentsEnd of the deletion
