### Steps to reproduce
1. The general settings in the Administration - Calendars and dates - Date format: The "Date" is set to default. The settings for "Week starts on" and "First week in year contains" are both set to "Based on user's language"
2. Login as a user with permission to manage time entries
3. Go to the My time tracking page
4. Switch to "Month" and "List" view
### What is the buggy behavior?
* "This week" is shown as calendar week 41 but it is actually calendar week 42 already
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Week ranges The correct calendar week should be shown as titles instead of calendar weeks shown

**OpenProject installation type**
* Hosted cloud edition
* On-premises edition, version 16.4.1
