**As** a program or portfolio manager
**I want to** filter the list of all project by their portfolio and/or programm
**so that** I have an easy way to get an overview of the portfolio.
**Acceptance criteria**
* There is a project filter "Portfolio"
* The available filter values contain all portfolios the user is allowed to see.
* The filter has the "is (or)", "is not", "is not empty" and "is empty" operators
* Applying the filter will find/exclude all projects and programs that have the selected portfolio as their ancestor
* There is a project filter "Program"
* The available filter values contain all programs the user is allowed to see.
* The filter has the "is (or)", "is not", "is not empty" and "is empty" operators
* Applying the filter will find/exclude all projects that have the selected program as their ancestor
* In the subitems widget in the overview the "Show all" button links to a project list where those filters are enabled.
