**so that** I can easily get an overview of all knowledge managed in OpenProject.

**Acceptance criteria**

* There is a menu entry `Wiki` in the main navigation (below `Time and costs`).

* The menu item is show by default.

* There is an index page listing all wikis the user is allowed to see (similar to the portfolio view)
