### Steps to reproduce

1. As an admin, go to Administration  > Authentication >  Login and registration > Passwords tab

2. Put 832757249845083609 as minimum length for passwords

3. Save


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Admin can save a bogus number of characters for password length


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Fix a max and min limit of characters passwords have to have Begin of the insertion- Min 1, max 128End of the insertion
