**Acceptance criteria**

* Create a `ResourcePlanner` (RP) model that is an umbrella over several views

* It has a title, start-&end-dates

* A RP can be marked as public

* A RP can be marked as favorited

* Multiple queries/views can be linked to Begin of the insertionthe RPEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion the End of the deletion
