### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions to share a work package and access to a second account to share with

2. Share that work package with email notification

3. Receive the email in the second users inbox


### What is the buggy behavior?

* There is a mix-up of German and English 
"shared a work package with you with **Bearbeiten** rights"
(Receiving account uses English, while the sharing account is using probably German, not sure about)
The work package status and title Begin of the insertionin GermanEnd of the insertion are Begin of the insertionfine, it's the data.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion fineEnd of the deletion

* There Begin of the insertionareEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion aEnd of the deletion HTML tags in the email text


### What is the expected behavior?

1. Consistent use of language for the rights

2. No HTML tags, but formatting
