### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a meeting with an outcome

2. From the action menu for the outcome, select "Copy link to clipboard"

3. In a new tab, paste and enter


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The outcome is scrolled to, but not highlighted


### What is the expected behavior?

1. The outcome should be highlighted, similar to how an agenda item is highlighted when deep linked to Begin of the deletion
Alternatively, the entire agenda item is highlightedEnd of the deletion
