### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user with permissions to access and export a project list
2. Have at least one project starred as a favorite
3. Create a project list which only filters for favorite = true projects
4. Save your project list
5. Export the list e.g. as XLS or CSV
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Export does not respect the favorite = true filter, all projects users have access to will be included instead
* Note: The same happens for the other filters like "my projects", "active", etc. "archived", "my" and "active"
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Filter criteria is respected when the project list gets exported
2. only filtered projects are listed in the exported file
