### Steps to reproduce
_Please write down the steps to reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_
1. Have project with 45 budgets and lots of Cost types (135 Cost types)
2. Look at the overview graph

### What is the buggy behavior?
_Please describe the bug in as much detail as possible. Example:_
* Endless loop on the graph, fails to render
* Even with the fixed loop, the graph is not really useful

1. Some useful render or not showing the graph with that many budgets?
