### Steps to reproduce
1. Have some notifications
2. Read them all
### What is the buggy behaviour?
* The notification counter still shows notifications until cache is cleared
### What is the expected behaviour?
1. The notification counter should show no notifications immediately
### Note
This happened to me on community, and didn't change in a new tab or window. Only in incognito and with my cache cleared did it go away, but then for new notifications after that everything was fine again. Not sure what's going on, but maybe it is something to keep on the radar.
