**As** a Resource Manager \[enter role of user\]
**I want to** to see resource allocations by work package \[enter objective\]
**so that** I can get a clear overview of how much work is allocated to the work packages I am interested in \[enter desired result\]
**Acceptance criteria**
* Inside a resource planner you can add a work package list view
* The view can be configured to include a static list of work packages or we can build a filter to automatically select WPs
* Work packages are displayed with overall allocations (no date filtering, etc)
* Click on the allocation opens the modal listing all detailed allocations <br>
