**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- At least two project exists.
- WP module is activated in one of the projects, deactivated in the other.
- User has permission to see work packages in both projects, copy and move work packages in the origin project.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to project with activated work package module.
2. Select work package(s).
3. Select “Move” and open project dropdown (error: project with deactivated WP module is listed)
4. Select “Copy” and select project dropdown (error: project with deactivated WP module is listed)
5. Select project with deactivated WP module.
6. Confirm Move / Copy selection.
**Actual behavior**
- In project dropdown all projects are listed to which the user can move / copy a work package - independent of whether the module is deactivated in the project.
- A 404 error is shown and the work package “vanishes” (cannot be found via global search anymore) when module is deactivated.
**Expected behavior**
- Project dropdown excludes projects in which work package module is deactivated.
**Screenshot**
- Screen after copying / moving:

**QA system**
- openproject-org.qa.finn.de
- (OpenProject 3.0.16)
- OpenProject 4.0.4
- OpenProject 4.1.0
