**User Story:**
As a project member
I want to be notified via e-mail when a document in my project(s) has been added or notified
So that I stay in the loop of relevant document changes
Acceptance criteria:
* User can select whether or not to be notified if a document has been updated or a new document has been created
* Selectable in _Account settings_ -> _Notification settings -> Non-participating_

**Original Request:**
In a project, we open document instances in which the team can then upload their reports or documents at a later time. E-mail notifications are sent when the instance is created, but not when a document is actually uploaded.
We would like to at least be able to choose if we want to be notified of those changes.
