The problem seems to be present on qa-edge only. 
When you add image as an attachment on qa-edge, I see two behaviours: 
\- sometimes Begin of the insertiontheEnd of the insertion image appears with Begin of the insertiontheEnd of the insertion type "image" but after refreshing the page it changes type to "file"
\- sometimes Begin of the insertiontheEnd of the insertion image appears with Begin of the insertiontheEnd of the insertion type "image" but after refreshing the page it disappears completely

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open any Begin of the insertionwork packageEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion workpackageEnd of the deletion

2. Go to Begin of the insertionthe **Files**End of the insertion Begin of the deletion FilesEnd of the deletion tab

3. Click on &quot;Add attachment&quot; and add Begin of the insertionanEnd of the insertion image

4. Refresh the page


### What is the buggy behavior?

* image type becomes file type

* image disappear


### What is the expected behavior?

1. Image should be added as image


### Important note

it also breaks the mobile attachment flow
