**Acceptance criteria**
Header improvements:
* Move the types selector to the header.
* Make the header background grey.
* Keep the search and the all and favorite selector to the filter bar.
* Add a sorting icon button on the right of the bar allowing the user to sort projects as in the browser
* The project type selector allows to chose between:
* All types
* Projects
* Portfolios
* Programs
* Rename the module from Projects to Workspaces in the header and settings.
* Sort button should allow sorting by:
* Project hierarchy
* Name
* Latest edited
* Latest created
* Sorting logic should replicate the logic of WorkPackage sorting (asc-desc)
Overall improvements:
* Portfolio widget on Home screen should open Workspace page with preselected "Portfolio" filter.
* By selecting portfolio or program, user should see a portfolio item layout
