### Acceptance criteria
- the diff view (e.g. `https://community.openproject.org/journals/:id/diff/description`) takes aggregation of journals into account
- i.e. if the description was changed twice within one aggregation, the combined diff of both changes is displayed
- the inline variant of the diff view takes aggregation into account
- Hint: this is the one that can be extended/collapsed when viewing a journal
