### Acceptance criteria
- APIv3 output consists of aggregated journals provided by new aggregation layer
- APIv3 endpoints indicate the `notes_id` as actual id of a journal
- all changes to the API are documented properly (if relevant changes are performed)
- the angular client (inplace edit) is adapted accordingly
