**As** an agile user
**I want to** be able to move the work package to a sprint via the menu
**so that** I can change the sprint association without having to rely on drag&drop

**Acceptance criteria**
* The menu in the "sprint planning" view for each work package in a sprint or a backlog gets the option to "Move -> to a sprint".
* Clicking on this, a modal is opened in which the user select the sprint to move the work package to
* \[open\] are backlog buckets also valid selection targets?
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* The menu item is only displayed if users have the `manage_sprint_items` permission
