Teams using Atlassian's Jira + Confluence benefit from a tight, bi-directional integration between project management and documentation. OpenProject and XWiki aim to offer a compelling open-source alternative with the same level of integration.
Users will have a native way to link, navigate, and create documentation in XWiki directly from OpenProject and vice versa. The integration also ensures consistent, secure access control between both tools: any viewing or action from one tool to the other strictly respects the user's permissions in the target tool.
A migration path from the Jira + Confluence combo will be provided as well.
