**I want to** have a work package be in only one of "inbox", backlog bucket and sprint at any given time and be able to sort within each

**Acceptance criteria**
* At any given time an open work package will always be:
* In the "inbox" backlog
* A single sprint
* A single backlog bucket
* A closed work package without sprint or bucket association would also be in the "inbox" backlog but is not displayed.
* Moving a work package into any of the containers will remove it from the container it was in before. Moving can be done via:
* Drag&drop in the "Sprint planning" view
* Using the menu in the "Sprint planning" view
* Setting or removing the sprint in the work packge full/split view or the work package table
* The user can sort work packages within their container on the "sprint planning" view via
* Drag&drop
* Menu entries
* The sort order is persisted
