### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin

2. Go to Administration > Artificial Intelligence > MCP

3. Observe the order of the provided tools and resources

4. Edit any of the title of a tool or resource

5. Update


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Order of tools and resources change in the table


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Order of the tools do not change if their title is edited Begin of the insertion

2. Tools and resources are alphabetically ordered (using the name column)End of the insertion
