### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with WP creation permissions

2. Click on the top bar + button

3. Select the type bug (or any type with CFs)

note: it also happens when using the create button from within a project


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* CFs are in focus even if user does not click on it


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Focus is on the WP title
