### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a project admin

2. Create a budget and remember the budget total

3. Take care that the budgets widget can show data

log cost to a work package

or log time to a work package with a user that has a [hourly rate defined](https://www.openproject.org/docs/user-guide/time-and-costs/time-tracking/#define-hourly-rate-for-labor-costs)

make sure the work package for which time or cost is logged has the "Budget" field being set

4. Make sure the spent costs are more than the planned budget


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Actual costs by month widget doesn't show all the cost types

* Chart doesn't expand to take more space on the widget


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Not sure 😅 since it's related to Begin of the insertionscreenEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion windowEnd of the deletion size
