As a global OpenProject admin I would like to use out-of-the-box projects templates in order quickly setup various types of projects.

Goals:

* Deliver ready-to-use project templates for the most requested project types

* Reduce the time required to set up a new project from hours to minutes

* Improve OpenProject adoption among non-technical and enterprise users


Templates to be provided:

* basic agile software development template

* SAFe template (Portfolio + ARTs)

* basic waterfall template

* non-tech project template Begin of the insertion

* OKR templateEnd of the insertion
