### Steps to reproduce
* Have currency set to "€"
* Go to a project
* Take care that the budgets widget can show data
* log cost to a work package
* or log time to a work package with a user that has a [hourly rate defined](https://www.openproject.org/docs/user-guide/time-and-costs/time-tracking/#define-hourly-rate-for-labor-costs)
* make sure the work package for which time or cost is logged has the "Budget" field being set
### What is the buggy behavior?
* THe second widget is empty
### What is the expected behavior?
* The data should be shown
###
