* Create, rename, reorder, and delete backlog buckets within a project.
* Items in the deleted bucket are moved to a default bucket "all backlog items" bucket

Provide the default &quot;all backlog items&quot; bucket (shows all wp, except closed/rejected, which are not associated with any backlog bucket yet.
* Assign work items to buckets via drag-and-drop or a dedicated field within the work package itself.
* Items within each bucket can be independently sorted.
* View the backlog segmented by buckets.
* Move items between buckets during grooming sessions.
* Display item count and aggregate story points per bucket.
* Persist bucket assignments across sessions and users.
* Support bucket-based views alongside existing filters and groupings.
* Allow use to select buckets visible per multi-select, e.g. to show "all backlog items" and "bug bucket".
