**Acceptance criteria:**
* When creating a new meeting or series
* You can select a meeting template, that is "none" by default.
* This is an autocompleter
* When you select a template, the template agenda is copied. Updates to the template are not reflected, similar to meeting occurrences
* Alternatively, in each template, there is a "Create meeting from template" primary action that creates a meeting in the same project
