**Acceptance criteria**

* A user who has access to a shared work package can set a personal reminder for it.


**Technical notes**

* Begin of the insertionIt is already possible to set a personal reminder, if the user is also a regular _Member_ of the project in which the shared work package is situated.  ONLY users who are not a member of the project cannot set a reminder, even though the work package has been shared with them.
