### Steps to reproduce
<br>
Preconditions:
3 User accounts
\- 2 normal user accounts: accounts (A & B) who can create and manage project lists and have no admin permission (and no global permissions via e.g. the global standard role)
\- 1 admin & 1 non-admin account
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login with an admin user account A and navigate to the project list
2. Create a project list new view and use ONLY only (!) the "project" _project_ filter, select a few projects project to be included in which the non-admin user is member project list
3. Save your the new project list (e.g. as "Shared Test List")
4. Share it your project list with user B and the non-admin admin user and grant with "edit" permissions
5. Logout with user A
6. Login with non-admin the admin user
7. Open permanentely lock user A
8. Logout with the shared admin user
9. Login with user B
10. Navigate to the project list
8. shared with you ("Shared Test List)
11. Click on Open the filter settings for this list
### What is the buggy behavior?
<br>
* The selected projects for the project filter are not displayed, even though the filter is applied and the project appear in the list
* Only non-admin users cannot see the selected projects, admin users can see them
