### Steps to reproduce

* Create a project

* In the project settings,

* mark this project as template

* Enable Project Initiation request

* On the Project Initiation request click through the tabs but never save any of the settings

* The request submission tab looks prefilled (see picture)

* Create a new project based on this template and complete the wizard

### What is the buggy behavior?

* I get an error saying that Work package type, status and assignee can&#39;t be blank

* At first I thought, that those were required custom fields, but in fact it is the missing setting from the &quot;request submission&quot; tab on the settings of the template

* even after going back to those settings and saving them once, I cannot finish this wizard. I get the same error. I can however start a completely new wizard and finish that successfully.
