Please calculate with a downtime of approximately 60 minutes in regular cases. Please contact us to plan the migration and get more instructions.

Proposal:
We should mention that this is a paid service which needs to be performend by our system admins. It is maybe not necessary to mention that we charge 300 EUR for this service but it should be clear that this needs to be booked.
Context:&nbsp;
We had new customers with relatively small subscriptions who assumed that this is a free-of-charge service from our side.
