**As** a user who wants to give a feedback
**I want to** be able to leave my email during the feedback flow
**so that** developers can contact me back to clarify things
**Acceptance criteria**
* Adding to have an optional checkbox to the feedback flow that would allow users to provide a contact point, an email address, if they wish to be contacted regarding their feedback.
* The checkbox would be unselected by default.
* Only if the user explicitly selects it would an input text field for an email address be shown.
* The provided email address would then be included called "email" in the automatically generated work package in OpenProject Community, alongside the existing feedback content.
page
* The email added will to be displayed able to see this field in the work package created inside the mobile feedback project in Community. Stream Mobile App
**Technical notes**
* We need to change fields in Stream Mobile App Feedback projects to allow additional field "email"
**Legal notes**
* This has been discussed with our Data Protection Officer and there is no legal concerns:
* You didn’t mention it but I would like to point out: Please don’t call the checkbox for email (or other means of contact) „consent“.
* You don’t need to torture yourself with a legal distinction but the legal basis (which GDPR always asks for) in this case is not consent but processing of a contract. It might sound strange but submitting feedback is legally a kind of (non-commercial) contract.
* The only additional task required would be an update to Open Project’s privacy policy ([https://www.openproject.org/legal/privacy/](https://www.openproject.org/legal/privacy/)).
* This will be tracked under <mention class="mention" data-id="71098" data-type="work_package" data-text="###71098"><strong>###71098</strong></mention>
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* _no permission changes required_
