### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with all meetings permissions

2. Go to any meeting

3. Create a WP agenda item (WP 1)

4. Create a WP as agenda outcome (WP 2)

5. Go to WP 1


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* WP 2 is not showing in the outcomes of WP 1's meetings tab Begin of the insertion

* WP outcomes mess up the outcome order in the meetings tabEnd of the insertion


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Outcomes are displayed the same on the meeting as well as on the WP meetings tab
