### Steps to reproduce

1. Login and go to admin/work packages/types

2. Open a type

3. Go to Form configuration

4. Drag and drop a field (I've noticed it happen for newly created custom fields but I don't know if it's a rule because this bug was not 100% reproducible for all the fields)

5. Click Save
