### Steps to reproduce

1. Have a project with required project attributes enabled.

2. Copy the project(`/projects/project-a/copy`)

3. Observe the required project attribute is presented on the copy form.

4. Leave the required project attribute empty and submit the form


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The form succeeds to create a project copy


### What is the expected behavior?

1. The form should display a validation error on the required project attribute.
