This major version brings a big step forward for collaboration, with real-time document editing, improved meetings, and new options for managing projects at a strategic level.
✨ Highlights:
🔹 **Real-time document collaboration**: Work together on documents directly in OpenProject. Multiple users can edit at the same time, see changes instantly, and keep concepts, specifications, and plans closely linked to work packages and projects.
🔹 **Better meetings, less overhead**: Prepare meetings in draft mode without triggering notifications, guide discussions with presentation mode, document multiple outcomes, and stay up to date via iCal subscriptions.
🔹 **Programs & portfolios (Enterprise)**: Structure projects at a higher level by grouping them into programs and portfolios. Gain better visibility across initiatives and support strategic decision-making, especially for PMOs and public sector organizations.
