**Preconditions**
- User has the following permissions in a project:

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Login as user and navigate to project.
2. Try to use any of the permission via UI.
**Actual behavior**
- The project settings are not displayed and therefore the user cannot use these permissions.
- This is new for the permission to create sub projects which before were displayed on the “Overview” of a project. A user has therefore effectively fewer permissions than before - simply by the change of the “create sub project” button.
**Expected behavior**
- To be defined
- It makes sense to either show the project settings as navigation entry on the left side when one of the options is activated OR the permissions should only be selectable in addition to the permissions which show the project settings entry.
