### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a project admin

2. Go to any portfolio or program overview

3. Go to the dashboard tab

4. Click on the Project description or Project status widgets


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Nothing happens

* User cannot add text to these input fields


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Text input field shows on hover

2. User can click into widget, add text and save it


### Important note

It only happens for Portfolio and Programs, not Projects
