### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions to administer OpenProjecrt

2. Go to the _Administration_ > _API and webhooks_ > _Webhooks_

3. Click on "+ Webhook" to create a new webhook.

4. Enable at least 3 projects under Enabled Projects.

5. Fill in the other fields

6. Click Create


### What is the buggy behavior?

* A list of Enabled Projects is shown, with additional formatting characters (\[. \]. ", ") and formatted as a label


### What is the expected behavior?

1. Begin of the insertionWe should always show eitherEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion When there are more than 3 projects enabled,End of the deletion a Begin of the insertionprojectEnd of the insertion count Begin of the insertion(X projects) or "all projects" in the Enabled Projects column.

2. always show the full listEnd of the insertion of Begin of the insertionresources inEnd of the insertion the Begin of the insertionEvent Resources column.

3. use default formatting rather than a badge (Primer Label/Counter) for counts, etc.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion projects should be shown instead (_check behaviour!)._End of the deletion
