Currently there are some reporting information in the sidebar. The link “report” is buggy in the core.
**Acceptance criteria**
- Remove Sidebar (Core & Plugins)
- Add menu item called “Time sheet” linking to the time report with the current project preselected
- If the reporting plugin is installed and active, the menu item points to the cost report
