### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a system admin and go to "Administration" - "Emails and notifications"
2. Go to "Email notifications"
3. Try to add an email header and/or footer
4. Click on save
### What is the buggy behavior?
* An error message appears: Emission email address is not a valid email address.
* The changes in the email header/footer were not saved
* It is not possible to adjust settings for _plain text mail_ and _address user in emails with_
### What is the expected behavior?
1. The application should invite the new user with the selected role
2. An email should have been sent to that user
3. It is possible to adjust the settings regardless of the _Emission email address_.

**OpenProject installation type**
* Hosted cloud edition
