### Steps to reproduce

1. Login and click on All projects dropdown

2. Find a program/portfolio with a long name


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The type and icon Begin of the insertion(as well as the star if the project is favored)End of the insertion are not visible because the name is not truncated

### What is the expected behavior?

1. As per acceptance criteria: _The name of the projects should be truncated at the end of the modal preserving always visible, if present, the favorite star and the type label._


### _Note_

This should also be fixed for the project list.
