**Context**
There is a section called "Access management" that's part of the configuration of a file storage at an admin level. Currently it asks the admin user to choose between two types of file management, automatically-managed access and folders or manually-managed ones.
<figure class="image op-uc-figure"><div class="op-uc-figure--content"><img class="op-uc-image" src="/api/v3/attachments/872704/content"></div></figure>
However, this is misleading because the user actually makes this choice _at a project level_ when enabling a storage storage for that project. What this configuration does it to allow _enabling_ AMPF for that storage, which then makes it available as an option at a project level.
This needs to be made more clear.
**Acceptance criteria**
* **For SharePoint**, all storage types (except OneDrive)**, rephrase the copy in the 'Access management' section as follows:
> **Folder and access management**
>
> OpenProject can automatically create and manage project folders when a file storage is added to a project. This can result in a more organized folder structure and straightforward access management that guarantees access to all relevant users.
>
> Option 1: "Enable automatically-manage access and folders"
> Caption: "Each project will be able to decide, when a storage is added to it, whether they want the automatically-managed or the manual approach to folder and access management."
>
> Option 2: "Only allow manually-managed access and folders"
> Caption: "Projects using this storage will not be offered the option of the automatically-managed approach. Folders and access must be managed manually."
* **For OneDrive**, the copy must be slightly different:
> **Folder and access management**
>
> OpenProject can automatically create and manage project folders when a file storage is added to a project. This can result in a more organized folder structure and straightforward access management that guarantees access to all relevant users.
>
> Option 1: "Enable automatically-manage access and folders"
> Caption: "Each project using this file storage will necessarily have to use the automatically-managed approach to folder and access management. They cannot do it manually."
>
> Option 2: "Only allow manually-managed access and folders"
> Caption: "Projects using this storage will not be offered the option of the automatically-managed approach. Folders and access must be managed manually."
