### Description

When creating a new work package, the "Subject" text field changes size or expands when the mouse is moved over it (hover). 

### Steps to reproduce:

1\. Open the Create Work Package modal
2\. Move the mouse cursor over the "Subject" text field
3\. Notice the field size changes/expands unexpectedly
