1. Have an OP instance with lots of project attributes (special characteristics of those to be determined)
2. Go to the project list (or the portfolio module)
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The page loads slowly
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Acceptable response time
Attached to this bug ticket a number of code maintenance tickets are referenced. Addressing those should fix the bug.
